Prepare the Item
Carefully pack the furniture in its original boxes with all protective padding, hardware, and assembly manuals included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For small parcels, use the provided prepaid label; for large furniture pieces, we will help you coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
