What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer standard curbside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, and premium White Glove delivery which includes full assembly and packaging removal. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the items.
How can I track my furniture order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. For large freight items, the delivery team will call you 24-48 hours in advance to schedule a specific delivery window.
What is your return policy for furniture?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment options. You can select your preferred financing method at the checkout page to see if you qualify for 0% APR or low-interest plans.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All furniture sold by All Brands Furniture includes a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental stains, spills, and tears for up to five years.
Can I request fabric swatches before I buy?
Absolutely. We understand that color and texture are important. You can request up to five free fabric swatches for our upholstered collections by contacting our customer service team or clicking the 'Request a Swatch' link on the product page.
